As an authorized affiliate (Affiliate) of  Operator Coffee, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting Operator Coffee as an Affiliate.

Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on memberships and products purchased by individuals referred to Operator Coffee your own website or personal referrals.

By signing up for the Operator Coffee Online Affiliate Program, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.

Approval or Rejection of the Application

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.

Commissions

For an Affiliate to receive a commission, the referred account must remain active for a minimum of 30 days.

You cannot refer yourself, and you will not receive a commission on your own accounts. 

Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in charge-backs or refunds will not be paid out.

Code of Conduct

It is the policy of Operator Coffee to provide our Code of
Ethics and Business Conduct, which will serve as a guide to proper business
conduct for Operator Coffee Affiliates. We expect all
partners and affiliates to observe the highest standards of ethics and
integrity in their conduct. This means following a basic code of ethical
behavior that include but not limited to the following.

Operator Coffee Representatives and Partners
must comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations when representing
Operator Coffee.

All communications regarding Operator Coffee
with current customers, potential customers and partners must be truthful and
accurate. We do not disparage our
competitors. All Operator Coffee partners and representatives must
completely avoid false and misleading
statements about competitors, their products, and their services.

When conducting business, all representatives
must:

1. Not discuss pricing, production or markets with
competitors

2. Always present products and programs in a manner
consistent with our core values 

3. Never act in a manner that could be seen as an
attempt to exclude present or potential competitors.

4. Sensitive and private information pertaining to
Operator Coffee such as supplier information, coffee blend recipes, business
and marketing plans, internal company communications, and existing and future
product information should be protected and secure at all times. This
information should never be discussed with other parties outside Operator
Coffee’s direct staff.

5. Offering, giving, soliciting or receiving any
form of bribe or inducement is strictly prohibited.

6. All Operator Coffee Employees, Representatives, Affiliates
and Partners must treat each other with respect and dignity. This includes but
not limited to:

7. The display or circulation of offensive,
derogatory or sexually explicit content that is directly associated with
Operator Coffee or any other materials including by email and on the internet
and social media.

8. Operator Coffee and its Representatives, Affiliates,
and Partners should not impose their personal beliefs or opinions on other
partners and customers or represent their personal opinions as those of
Operator Coffee.

Termination

Any activity or behavior that is in direct violation of
Operator Coffee’s code of conduct or any activity that does not comply with
Operator Coffee’s core values is subject to termination of any active agreement.
